I have been married to my best friend, Adam, for over 24 years and we have an awesome son, Addison who married a wonderful young lady, Alison in November of 2011. In 2013, we welcomed our first grandson and then in 2014 we were doubly blessed with a second grandson. These new grandbabies were a blessing in the midst of a major battle in my life. I was diagnosed with inflammatory breast cancer in January 2013 and I finished treatment in February 2014. I have been declared NED, no evidence of disease, as of October 2013. Despite major trials during the last two years, I feel I have been truly blessed and I am looking forward with great anticipation of what God is going to do in our lives in the days to come.
